Payment Terms:
- 100% advance for standard orders
- For custom projects: Advance (30–50%) upon order confirmation; balance before dispatch
Accepted payment methods include NEFT, RTGS, UPI, or others as communicated.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch timelines vary by product type and order volume. Standard lead times will be shared during order processing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external logistics providers, natural events, or government regulations. Once goods leave our premises, the risk passes to the buyer.
5. Returns & Replacements
We follow a strict no-return policy unless the item is:
- Defective due to manufacturing error
- Damaged during shipping (with valid proof)
Clients must notify us within 5 working days of delivery with photos and invoice reference. Upon inspection, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Returns are not accepted for custom-made or altered products.
